Job Information	Supply Manager Position Overview: This position is responsible for developing and sustaining superior supplier relationship within assigned markets. This includes securing the most relevant portfolio of suppliers, negotiating favourable rates and supply at country level. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of market specific supply? proposals To be involved in all major channel negotiations. Maintain supplier relationships at all levels and develop a annual schedule that may include country visits and tradeshows Develop long term relationships with suppliers through delivery of agreed targets & margins in a seamless and efficient manner Analysing and monitoring supplier performance. Ensuring the supply budgets are in line with the specific market trends. Candidate requirements: Required experience & skills: 2 years experience in a similar contracting role High levels of self motivation Superior problem solving & analytical skills Experience in travel contracting Strong commercial awareness Strong relationship management skills Required Behaviours: Understanding Market & Competitor trends Actively listens for market opportunities on current client engagements and makes suggestions to managers; Collects additional data, as assigned, on potential leads. Builds an awareness of? company products and how they can meet market needs Representing & Positioning the company in all internal and external interactions ? builds strong relationships with Suppliers Anticipate and resolve issues; Sets priorities for tasks based on relative importance and urgency; Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to take on tasks outside area of assigned responsibility Contributing innovative ideas Takes personal responsibility for the performance management process ? takes responsibility for results Supports knowledge sharing Ability to travel European language (preferable) Are you interested in a dynamic and challenging role as a Supply Manager with a very successful and growing organisation?
