"So many people stay with the same insurer, thinks that all is well," said Vincent Payne AGIC Insurance, Inc. in Florida. "They realize years later, they are paying twice for the same insurance policy, or even have a claim or had an accident."

AGIC, for example, has a payment plan, where drivers can choose how much and how often it is paid monthly.
